Temporary post (0.60) available. Ysgol Heol Goffa is a special school based in Carmarthenshire for pupils aged 3-19 with Severe Learning Difficulties and Profound, Multiple and Complex medical needs. There are currently pupils on roll, with numbers expected to rise in September . The Headteacher and Governors of this successful, happy, and supportive school, seek to appoint an outstanding and inspirational class teacher to join part of our exciting school team as we move forward towards a new and innovative build, and transformational times in education and ALN in Wales. The ideal candidate will be someone who: • Is passionate about Education. • Can demonstrate excellent classroom skills. • Has very good interpersonal skills and is able to work effectively as part of a team. • Will be deeply committed to our school, our pupils, our staff and our wider community. • An innovative and knowledgeable individual able to build on the school’s vision for the new Curriculum for Wales • An individual with a passion for promoting opportunities for pupils with additional learning needs.
