Are you a conference andevent expert ready to manage flagship events both in the UK andinternationally


Do you thrive oncreating dynamic agendas and working with leading speakers toinspire positive change in healthcare

As a Headof Healthcare Production you will be responsible for developing andmanaging strategic relationships conducting indepth market researchand overseeing the creation and delivery of conference programmeswithin the healthcare sector.

Your role willinvolve identifying opportunities for growth designing impactfulconference agendas securing highprofile speakers and ensuring thesuccessful execution of events that drive innovation in healthcare.

You will collaborate closely with salesmarketing and our operations teams to maximise the commercialsuccess of these events.

What CanYou Expect from the Day toDay

  • Produce 6 to 7inperson events annually
  • Build and manage anetwork of key relationships across the healthcaresector
  • Conduct thorough market research tosupport the expansion of our healthcare portfolio and developcommercially successful conferenceprogrammes
  • Keep up to date with trends and keychanges within the healthcare sector
  • Sourcerecruit and manage speakers nurturing relationships to ensuremutual value
  • Work with sales marketing andoperations teams to optimise eventperformance
  • Monitor and evaluate event successincorporating speaker and delegate feedback to improve futureevents

SuccessFactors

  • Experience incommercial conference production ideally within the healthcaresector
  • Comfortable working with highprofileindividuals
  • Confident in public speaking andadept at leading meetings orpresentations
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Advanced writtencommunication skills with the ability to craft engaging agendascopy and content
  • Articulate and detailorientedwith a strong commercial focus
  • Ambitious with adesire to learn grow andprogress
