We maintain and repair lifts of all types and manufacture, providing a full 24 hour, 365 day call-out service. As a Field Technician, you will be expected to;

Provide technical support to Service and Repair engineers Investigate and repair faults on a wide variety of lifts. Repairs expected to be to a high standard Provide technical assistance to the repairs departments and support with training if suitable Identify areas of improvement and customer specific issues Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adherence to ISO & BS Standards

To be successful in this role you will have:

Extensive experience in Elevator and/or Escalator maintenance and repairs Demonstrable knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles Demonstrable experience of Elevator Codes and Standards applicable to the Elevator and Escalator industry National Vocational Qualification in Elevator/Escalator NVQ3 or equivalent Demonstrable experience in continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures and quality control to meet operational requirements You have, or willing to works towards acquiring National Vocational Qualification in Elevator/Escalator NVQ4
