Resident Warden

Resident Warden – 27.5 hours per week – 9.00am to 5.30pm with some weekend cover – Rolling 4 week rota

Some on call responsibilities, usually around 2 nights a week, but on average you only get 3-4 calls a month. Call out rates for out of hours apply 

3 bed flat included with the job

Resident Wardens play a key role at our clients housing sites, supporting residents and looking after their buildings and grounds.

This is a live-in position, a three bedroom flat is included, with 27.5 hours per week, and involves on-call work.

Our client is one of the UK’s leading almshouse charities, is seeking a self-motivated, caring, and organised resident warden to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our best-in-class strategy in a scheme comprising just over 40 flats. The role will also provide cover for their  other two shelter housing schemes which are close by.

Drivers ideally but if not, you must be able to cycle as there are 3 sites to get too nearby.
