Role responsibilities

The Porter will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Service Centre Management team in the day to day running of the Service Centre Operation.

Maintain effective stock control at all times including stock rotation by completing all paperwork and delivery notes are accurately completed and recorded to comply with TfW policies and procedures. Hold responsibility for maintenance of damaged trolleys, boilers, and coffee machines by returning to suppliers for repairs to adhere to TfW procedures and guidance. Carry out general cleaning duties of the Service Centre area by collaborating with other Station staff to ensure your personal safety and the safety of all TfW passengers. Report hazardous issues by being observant of dangers to customers and following the reporting mechanisms to alert station staff and ensure safety to passengers and colleagues.

This is a full time role working 5 days out of 7 (1.00pm - 8.30pm)

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
