Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants youll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. Youll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Role accountabilities:

Landscape Architecture Our Landscape, Master planning and Urbanism Team offers the full spectrum of Landscape Architecture, Master planning and Urban Design services, from strategic planning, design concept through to detail and implementation as well as Environmental Assessment and LVIA. Youll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of projects from small scale interventions to large complex multi-disciplinary schemes.

Accepted degrees: MA / BA / Diploma in Landscape Architecture or closely related subject

Qualifications & Experience:

You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working) Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK Comfortable with Site based working, when required for projects
