They went on to set up a marketstall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van & havegrown steadily into one of the UKs most respectedNeapolitan pizza companies.

Wenow have pizzerias in London Cambridge Brighton Nottingham& Oxford. We use the best ingredients fromNaples including Caputo flour fresh fior di lattesalsiccia e friarielle to make the best Neapolitanpizza every day.

As SecondChefyour role is to support the Head Chef with theoverall management of the kitchen team ensuring that everyone isfully trained supported & developed.
