An exciting opportunity to join National Tax Support has arisen and we are looking for an experienced PA to join our developing team. It is also a great time to join the UK Tax practice as it enters a dynamic growth phase. As a Personal Assistant to our Partners/Directors, you will be assisting our partners and directors in achieving theirs and helping them grow our business. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of meetings and events and will often be the first point of contact for our clients or potential clients so will be an ‘ambassador’ for our firm.

A look into the role

As a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors in our tax team you will:

Manage complex diaries

Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and overseas

Monitor partner/director in-box and reply to emails on their behalf

Good oral and written communication skills

Organisation, problem solving, attention to detail and adaptability

Discretion and trustworthiness

Process timesheets and expenses

Managing the organisation and execution of various events, such as meetings, seminars, conferences, dinners, networking events, and corporate hospitality, whether they are online, hybrid, in-house, or external

Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
