Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Rail Engineering team as a Signalling Project Engineer in our London offices. The role is to work the Southern Renewals Enterprise work bank for the next 4 years (CP7). Acting as a Project Engineer for signalling.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Support the regional lead with management of the team, supporting with bids and occasionally inputting from a signalling perspective.
  • Provide Expertise: Establish an Engineering Management strategy for multisite Programs/Projects
  • Ensure Quality: develop engineering strategy and identify and manage technical risks
  • Collaborate: Work closely with clients and AECOM counterparts to secure stakeholder buy-in for solutions, while contributing to AECOM's broader technical capabilities and innovative approaches.

  • The individual requires experience in plain line and S&C design as well as previous experience of a Project Engineer
