RoleOverview


Reportingdirectly into the UK Head of Sales you will own the business inyour assigned postcodes. You will have a hunter mentality and betruly proactive in looking for new business opportunities as wellas receiving internal enquiries in your area. From identifying yourown opportunities to closing them out you will be responsible forwinning your ownbusiness.


Technicalsupport is available in abundance and will be on hand to assist youwith the design aspect as well as supporting you in meetings orfrom afar.


Experiencewithin the Entrance / Access Control industry is not a must butexperience within this sector or the Security sector may beadvantageous if you have the other skills our client is lookingfor.

KeyResponsibilities


Build developqualify and close the pipeline of new business opportunities in theUK

Maintain anddevelop a client hunting list pipeline and salesplan

Ensure theassigned annual sales plan for the role isachieved

Responsible fornurturing and developing relationships with the company s existingclients

Understand andact upon crossselling opportunities and present applicablesolutions and services of the company s full productportfolio.

Understand andinterpret the security operational and financial objectives ofprospectiveclients

Maintainfrequent contact with all clients and deliver bestinclass customerservice by providing new solutions that apply to clientneeds

Deliver advancedsolution presentations (verbal and written) to prospectivecustomers that comprehensively outline the solutions benefits andROI to theclient

Understand andmonitor market trends and competitoractivity

Stay currentwith external and internal developments within theindustry

Communicatedirectly with Managers about opportunities and issues and proposesolutions

Setup ways of monitoring performance of clients and ensure appropriatefollowups

Suggest newproduct developmentideas

Attend tradeshows andexhibitions

Travel isrequired


TheIdealCandidate


The idealcandidate willhave:


Minimum 2 yearssales experience but our client is looking for people who they canhelp mould be asponge

Energy and lotsof it show real drive and a hunger to succeed; have a huntermentality

Agood understanding of sales cycles whether it s on a new builddevelopment or on a retrofit opportunity who do you target how doyou network and who are the decisionmakers

Experiencedealing with Developers Architects Principal ContractorsM&E Contractors Managing Agents Facilities ManagementSystem Integrators Security Integratorsetc.

Challenger salesexperience would beadvantageous

Avoice / desire to contribute toward the growth of the business yourvoice will be heard and you will have the opportunity to run yourpatch with creative freedom andexpression

Awillingness to take risks and be happy to learn from failure bewilling to learn and try newapproaches
