PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The Affiliates Manager plays a pivotal role in the Performance Marketing Team at interactive investor. This role is crucial in enhancing interactive investor’s online presence and driving conversions.

Reporting into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, the Affiliates Manager will be responsible for the overall affiliate’s strategy, recruiting new affiliate partners, managing the affiliate budget, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, tracking and validating conversions, and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners. The primary objective is to improve interactive investors’ conversions attributed to affiliate programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage relationships with over 100 affiliate partners and develop a portfolio of new affiliates
  • Manage and maintain relationship with affiliate agency and affiliate networks
  • Maintain a high-level of performance through tenancies, achieving agreed targets and KPIs
  • Daily reporting – using internal reporting system, manually inputting click reports from key partners, and validating conversions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and identify ways to optimise campaign performance and new opportunities
  • Continuously recruit and activate new publisher partners to drive account growth
  • Build quarterly strategy plans alongside our affiliate agency
  • Creation of client-facing and internal reports and providing detailed commentary and insights
  • Building and maintain a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including the PR and Brand teams
  • Planning and forecasting for affiliate channel growth
  • Manage the negotiation and buying of additional exposure opportunities with 3rd party suppliers
  • Review and identify opportunities outside of traditional affiliates driving added value to account and achieving further growth for interactive investor
  • Assist the wider performance marketing team in new business proposals such as influencer marketing
  • Monthly admin controls, raising purchase order and manual payments of affiliate network
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and provide recommendations to adapt our strategy and tactics accordingly

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and effectively communicate results
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms
  • Familiarity working within a regulated industry beneficial
  • Knowledge of investment products beneficial
