Jobroleoverview

Dutiesof a Nurse are varied and no two days will bethe same. However as a general guide duties willinclude:

Supervise motivate and lead all care staff / Clinical SupportAssistants
Actively assist in all aspects of eachresident s care.
Practice confident clinicaljudgements
Establish individual care for each residentby the thorough assessment of needs and planning of care
Enable the participation of the resident and relative or theirrepresentative to ensure care is personalised and evaluated on aregular basis
Ensure the care team maintain accuraterecords of resident care
Liaising with the widermultidisciplinary teams who also play an integral part in ensuringa high standard of care to our residents is an importantresponsibility for thisrole


Whatwe are looking for in aNurse:

Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid PIN
Knowledge ofnational standards and the NMC code of practice
Abackground in personcentred care planning
The deliveryof a high standard of care in a nursing home setting would beadvantageous
