Towork as an independent practitioner and as part of a highly motivated team todeliver all levels of Orthoptic investigation and assessment and to be able touse highly specialist skills to diagnose and treat all conditions as necessary.

Tobe responsible for Orthoptic assessments and treatments for the full range ofOrthoptic referrals for both children and adults and to maintain accurateclinical records in adhere with HCTs Record Keeping Policy.

Main duties of the job

Skills/Responsibilities:

HCPC Registered Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of research relating to all aspects of Orthoptic, Ophthalmic and Optometric care Be responsible for Orthoptic assessments and treatments for the full range of Orthoptic referrals for both children and adult Be able to use highly specialist skills to diagnose and treat all conditions as necessary Maintain accurate clinical records To ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for patients of all age groups and mental and physical abilities
