We seek a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie :

The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24 hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.

As a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie, you will possess a confident ability to work within the Pastry section of the kitchen, understanding the creativity and attention to detail . You will work with a small team learning and developing your skills whilst having a hands-on approach to the Pastry section.

Experience in Pastry

Consistently deliver high standard of food preparation

Ability to prioritise different tasks and requests coupled with proven organisation skills

Good level of English language both spoken and written

Flexibility to work on rota basis is a must

A passion to succeed in a fast paced quality environment

Have an NVQ Level 1 & 2 Catering qualification or equivalent

Have a Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent
