Job summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full-time role as Breast Unit Receptionist at Kings Mill Hospital.
We are looking for someone who is confident, calm and friendly with a caring nature to undertake reception duties to cover screening, symptomatic, family history and imaging clinics in a friendly and profession manner to ensure patients and visitors receive a good impression of the Breast Screening Unit.
The Breast Unit has a small and friendly team who would be happy to welcome new members joining. The role would involve providing a high quality customer focussed service by welcoming patients, booking patients in, arranging further appointments and supporting the smooth running of clinics and admin processes.

Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above, or equivalent
Knowledge Requirements

Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard

Knowledge of Careflow, CRIS, NBSS (Screening) , ORION and NHS in general RSAII or ECDL
Experiance
