Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand-new resort set in 25 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Linen Porter you will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in all areas of the resort.

 

What will I be doing?

As a Linen Porter at The Mole, you are responsible for supporting the housekeeping team with the supply of clean linen and removal of used linen.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·        Strip beds and prep room for housekeeping team

·        Collect and sort all used linen and take to distribution centre for processing.

·        Preparing linen bags, including amenities and delivering to linen pods and storerooms across the estate

·        On lodge changeover days, deliver linen bags and amenities to lodges.

·        Assist with public area cleaning when needed

·        Assist with transporting equipment across the estate for housekeeping team.

·        Assist with any requests from housekeeping staff.

·        Comply with Health and Safety legislation and training.

 To successfully fill this role as a Linen Porter at the Mole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

       ● A neat and tidy appearance

       ● Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

       ● Ability to work on your own or in a team

Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

You must hold a current GB driving license and be aged over 21.
