Band 4 Team Administrator: Complex Care Team:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to work with the Complex Care Team. This vacancy would suit someone who has a wealth of secretarial experience. As the Team Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Complex Care Team, supporting with the financial and procurement processes.

Main duties of the job
The role of Team Administrator is to be responsible for the provision of an administrative and clerical support function to the Team as well as cross covering for peers in Other Teams as required. You will be required to maintain a high standard of administrative work whilst carrying out your role.

Job responsibilities
To provide dedicated administration support to the Project 86 Team. Responsible for prioritising your day to day work. Plan and organise complex activities/programmes. Arranging and co-ordinating meetings with internal and external partners and arranging events for the Team at external venues. Taking accurate minutes for the Team. Diary Management for the Team Members. Undertake work processing of all documents to a high standard in an agreed Trust style and using appropriate referencing system. Utilise IT packages such as word, excel and PowerPoint competently. Act as a central point of contact for external and internal callers, making judgements regarding appropriate dissemination of key information. Person Specification

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent training in relevant area
Experience

Substantial experience of a range of relevant procedures and software programmes, and ability to provide examples of own application of these-
