**Role Essentials:**

- Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring project milestones are met
- Collaborate with the project team to drive efficiency and quality
- Manage subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide technical advice and solve construction-related issues
- Monitor project costs and maintain budgets

**Skills & Experience:**

- Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically on highways or major infrastructure projects
- HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office
- CSCS card holder with a relevant site management qualification (e.g., SMSTS)
- Adept at reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
