- Yearly salary of £25,000 to £27,000 depending on experience

A Guest Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring team member standards.
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Operations Supervisor will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Ensure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front DeskControl the flow of customers and orders throughout serviceManage all transactions during serviceEnsure all outlets are staffed according to business levelsMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitalityMaximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmesManage guest requests in a timely and efficient mannerComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationWhat are we looking for?
A Guest Operations Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Previous experience in organising Food and Beverage service in a range of outletsFront Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sectorExcellent supervisory skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skillsFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situationsCalm and organisedCommitted to delivering high levels of customer serviceInterest in developing others to be part of a winning teamExcellent grooming standardsIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience as a Duty ManagerPrevious experience at Supervisory level
