You’ll contribute to different projects throughout the programme and here are some examples of work our recent Project Management graduates have completed:
• Engineering design, contract and field execution strategies for project delivery
• Large complex multidiscipline contracts and the tender review process
• Control of costs and change
• Close out of commercial claims and the associated negotiations
• Front end design and development of solutions
• Design/construction interface to ensure a smooth transition or handover and how to address the issues which occur at this interface.
Our Science and Engineering Programme also includes protected training time for courses covering nuclear fundamentals, EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) systems, communications and health & safety.
Our Programme is accredited with a number of professional institutions, and we’ll support you to gain chartership with the relevant professional body:

Please note this programme is rotational in its nature, so you will be required to move around. But don’t worry - we’ve got you covered with practical and financial support every step of the way.
Who you are:
To join our team you’ll need a 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree or a 2:2 Postgraduate Degree (obtained or expected) in Engineering, Science or a related subject.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in nuclear energy, the power generation industry and technology with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, whilst being keen to solve technical problems.
Additionally, you must meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which generally requires you to have been a UK resident for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
Our Virtual Assessment Centres will take place on 19th, 20th and 21st November.
