Job Duties:- Provide tailored GCSE English and Maths tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Develop individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students improve their English and Maths skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEND
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:Previous experience teaching GCSE English and Maths to students with SEND
Knowledge and Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Patience and empathy towards students with learning difficulties
- Strong organisational and time management skills
This role involves working with students in their homes during regular school hours. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
