This will be acontracttohire position This position will provide executivelevelsupport to client executives and the admin team.
Strongcommunication skills required
Will need to be available24/7 for oncall purposes
Looking for someone with atechnical background who has the ability to work closely andcommunicate at an executive level
Someone with an AVbackground would be a good fit for this position (within thehospitality industry)
Day to day this person willsupport executive leadership and their admins with PC and Windowssupport mobile support video conferencing Microsoft teamstroubleshooting WiFi issues etc.

Must Haves
Strong customer serviceexperience (3 years)
Someone who will own whatever issuethat may come up and do the required research/follow to getresolved
Flexibility and really needing to put theirwork first for any requests
24/7 reachableresource
Ability to hear/see confidential informationand keep to themselves
Longevity at client
Onsite requirement will be about 50% of the time; will need to bein the office when Executive leadership is in the office
Ability to translate technical language to executives and put anoptimistic spin on things
Travel required About 6 timesper year
Majority of support comes within Office365intranet and networkrelated issues mobile support (IOS andandroid)
Volume of support is about 15 executives inaddition to their admins
