Job Description Full time permanent position 48 hours per week Salary £27,700 per annum Overtime paid An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about annually) 28-days holiday including bank holidays A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food Ideal candidate a strong commis chef that wants to move on progress and be part of an exciting project. Experience in a 3 AA Rosettes within a similar role. You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the ambition to succeed at the highest levels Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
