Education

Educational requirements: BSc degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

Proven experience in quality control management in the chemical / pharmaceutical industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise tasks. Must be able to write clear, understandable documentation. Verbal communication skills, and functional leadership skills. Strong command of Quality System Regulations and ISO. Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proficient understanding of quality control methods and adherence to regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

As a Quality Control Manager, you may be required to work in a office and laboratory setting. The work environment may involve exposure to chemicals and hazardous materials.
