We are looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager to join our team at an integral stage of our growth. We are a successful, independent and fast-growing product company, serving 15,000+ customers in multiple countries.

Our mission is to enable every marketer to become brilliant at local SEO. We achieve this through a powerful combination of software (SaaS), services and customer education.

Our customers rely on us to help them manage, improve and report on local SEO performance to their clients and stakeholders. Local SEO is a rapidly growing industry, and we are well placed to accelerate our position as a market leader by improving, expanding and evolving our product suite to solve the biggest challenges our customers face.

We have a clear mission and ambitious goals for 2024, and we are looking for a self- motivated individual who loves a challenge to help us to achieve this.

You will bring several years of Product Management experience and will work collaboratively with the wider business to define, own and execute the Product Roadmap. You will steer the development of new features based on the evolving needs of our customers and will work collaboratively with the rest of the Product, UX and Design team to ensure consistency across all our tools.

Reporting to the Head of Product and as part of an established Product team, for the right individual this is a perfect opportunity to play a crucial role in evolving our solutions to reach product-market fit in an outcome-led and data informed approach.

You’ll enable us to get closer to achieving our mission, and do so in a culture that always puts people before profit, and where ‘enjoying work’ is a core belief.

This is a hybrid working role. Most of our team are currently working two days in the office and three days from home. However, we are flexible based on each individual choice.

Salary: Dependent on experience (plus 20% annual performance-based bonus)

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Significant experience working as a Product Manager with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market in a SaaS company or similar

A passion for understanding the needs of our customers and building products that meet these. You’re always searching for ways to deepen your knowledge and you act as “Voice of the customer” in everything you do

Experience of defining and owning Product roadmaps and taking products to market working closely with product marketing and the wider business to measure the success and impact of new product releases
You love a challenge and you thrive on finding creative solutions to the biggest customer problems, ruthlessly prioritising the ways we can create impact

Experience and an eagerness to pass on your craft through coaching and managing less experienced colleagues

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can make considered trade-offs between the opportunity to experimentation vs. more thorough research

Exceptional presentation and story-telling skills with proven ability to influence and gain alignment across the whole business

Comfortable working in an agile environment and able to demonstrate collaborative working with multiple Scrum teams

Strong commercial awareness 

What you’ll be responsible for:

Defining and owning and driving the delivery of a product roadmap, bursting with opportunities to add value to our customers

Influence and input to the overall Product strategy

Deepening the level of customer understanding across the Product team and wider business

Bringing new ideas to the table and working collaboratively with UX, Design and Engineering to bring them to life in the product

Identifying gaps and implementing improvements to the product development lifecycle

Evaluating the success of product releases by setting clear and measurable KPIs

Line management responsibility for Product team members
