Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
  • Follow school curriculum to ensure pupil progress
  • Demonstrate high quality teaching practice whilst following school ethos
  • Assess learning where appropriate and build effective working relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Understanding of the national curriculum or Early Years Framework, including being able to challenge and support learners working at greater depth.

Ideal Candidates must have:

  • Clear and current DBS on the update service or be able to apply for this
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience and passion for working with children
  • Great understanding of the national curriculum
