WHAT TO EXPECT
Within Digital Platform Quality, we ensure we deliver the class leading user experiences our customers expect and we ensure that our products and services are delivered robustly, following process and meeting compliance, using both V and DevOps delivery approaches.
Our team act as the voice of the customer to influence and manage product delivery in multiple domains within Powertrain, Chassis, ADAS, Infotainment and Body Systems. Join us to be part of the driving force behind it all.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Develop effective cross functional relationships across multiple agile groups and domains to integrally deliver the latest feature and system developments to meet customer expectations Ensure delivery plans for priority features / systems are aligned to achieve key quality targets, and support priority features and system teams to ensure critical to quality activities are completed robustly and on time for key milestones Support the iterative product development process of priority features and systems by running product demo and clinics to generate customer feedback, identifying issues / improvements and managing delivery of these improvements with the development teams Govern and assure the market release of features / systems to ensure all release products deliver class leading customer experience Apply a quality conscience by being the 'voice of the customer', influencing programme decisions and improving company quality processesWHAT YOU’LL NEED
Awareness of Systems engineering, Feature Development and or DevOps delivery process and an awareness of customer clinics and jury assessment processes Experience with Data Analysis and management of customer feedback data Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to concisely present complex topics Project management experience including gateway management, KPIs and control points Working knowledge and experience of agile methodologies, including the use of JIRA and ConfluenceThis role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work, if suitable for their role.
