We are looking for a passionate and skilledHousing Disrepair Solicitor to represent tenants in cases involvingdisrepair and poor living conditions. The successful candidate willhave a strong understanding of housing law experience in handlingdisrepair claims and a commitment to seeking justice for tenants.This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact byensuring that clients receive the compensation and repairs they areentitled to under thelaw.



Requirements
  • Qualifiedsolicitor with at 1 3 years PQE
  • Toprepare files for hearings andtrials
  • To instruct advocates/counselto attend hearings. SkillsRequired:
  • A qualified Solicitor orBarrister with a working knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rulesor a qualified solicitor with experience of running a volumecaseload with the desire to retrain in a newfield.
  • An excellentcommunicator.
  • Confident and dynamicwith a desire to succeed.
  • ITliterate.
  • Case Management Systems(Proclaim is used)
  • someLegal Aid Background is beneficial

Qualified solicitor, with at 1- 3 years PQE To prepare files forhearings and trials To instruct advocates/counsel to attendhearings.
