Warehouse Operative - Loader - Days
This is a temp-to-perm contract, all candidates have the potential to earn a permanent position within our client’s team. Upon gaining a contract you will have access to a wide range of benefits such as a bike-to-work scheme, cinema discounts, and health & fitness benefits.
Pay Rate: £11.50, rising to £12.01 after 12 weeks of employment

Location: Goldthorpe, S63
Job Type: Temp-perm

Shift Pattern: Working on a monthly rota pattern working any 5 over 7 (so must be flexible to work weekends) Shift times are 10 am-6 pm, with the option occasionally for longer shifts if available.
The Role:
  • Operating MHE such as a driver truck, moving pallets from dispatch lanes into lorries ready for deliveries.
  • Completing lane walks to check the standard of pallets and re-stacking and wrapping if/when necessary.
  • Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and ensure all spillages/breakages are cleared immediately. 
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations. 
  • Full coaching and training are provided alongside and throughout a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee

The Candidate:
  • No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
  • Good attitude towards work
  • Reliability
