The primary function of the Quality Assurance Manager is to support the Training monitoring team in ensuring it provides excellent quality assurance and service to external stakeholders.
As a Quality Assurance Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing a small team of Training administrators to deliver a first class service to external stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining performance and activity monitoring and reporting for the team, including KPI’s.
- Developing and maintaining efficient working practices.
- Assisting the training managers in carrying out preparatory work for the regulatory monitoring process.
- Assisting the team in delivering an effective and supportive programme of monitoring in conformity with the necessary regulations as well as meeting the needs s of other relevant regulatory stakeholders.
- Assist with the improvement and development of policies, processes and systems, paying close attention to the views of external stakeholders.
- Working with other teams to contribute towards the resolution of any data/systems issues.
- Working with the training managers, assisting in the delivery and workload management of the review process – both in the UK and internationally.
To be a successful Quality Assurance Manager you must have:
- Excellent Database and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience of managing a team.
- Experience of working within a financial sector would be advantageous.
- A familiarity working within a regulated environment.
