Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: We have permanent fulltime shifts available, which include morning and evening day shifts, alternate weekends and sleeps. The ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence This particular role is at a specialist supported living service, in a vibrant and exciting purpose built development in Hailsham. There are 10 self contained flats, as well as communal areas and gardens too. Each of the people we support that live there, have their own passions and aspirations, as well as many skills and talents. They are individuals with different support needs, interests and life goals They are already making great strides to living their best life possible, with the help of their friendly and knowledgeable staff team. The focus is on independence, choice and there is a great team spirit too The people we support, care deeply about each other and the staff team as well. Everyone does their best to nurture these relationships with social events such as communal cooking, watching TV and trips out together. Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
