The Blades Casting Team is looking for new talent to drive the development of future turbine blades. We have a vision of creating value by delivering world class process engineering and we would like you to be a part of this vision.


How to contribute to our vision

Our mission is to ensure that our blades are designed for manufacturing, to develop production processes and to be the process knowledge hub for SGRE. We will be doing this by reducing the cost of the blades, the time to market of our new blades and the risk in our processes.

More precisely you will be responsible for mitigating risks through PFMEA’s and HSE risk assessments, developing prototypes, 0-series- and serial production documentation and instructing our skilled new product introduction blue-collar workers throughout..

Your key responsibilities will be:

Develop new manufacturing technologies within casting of blades

Ensure design for manufacture of new blades

Develop and implement new production processes globally

Create and maintain documentation (work instructions/ purchase specifications/ P-FMEA’s/ special characteristics, and RA’s).

A talent with an engineering background and who has experience with composite manufacturing. Besides this you should have good people- and communication skills and it is mandatory that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing.

In a working situation you should thrive with handling multiple tasks simultaneously, you should be able to work independently as well as in team and you should like working behind a desk as well as doing hands-on tasks.
