Position: Practice Manager
Location: 4 Park St, Chester CH1 1RN
Hours: Full-time, Monday - 40 hours per week)

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Practice Manager responsibilities:

Delivering industry leading patient care in your practice Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans) Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleaguesCollaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business prioritiesProactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbersEnsuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager - find out more informationEffectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staffUtilising Bupa products and services to maximise revenueConfidence in using computer software’s and communication via emails/telephone/Microsoft teamsPrevious dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other business settings
