Nexgen London are seeking a hardworkingreliable Yard Supervisor to maintain the outside cleanliness of apurposebuilt 400property Residential Development inBrentford.

This opening will be available from15th May 2024 and is a permanent parttime position for 30 hours perweek.

Location:

FerryQuays 5 Ferry Lane Brentford TW80AT

Shift Pattern:

8.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday(6hrs per day)

MainDuties:

  • Litter pickingand general tidying
  • Sweeping outsideareas
  • Clearing spillages
  • Removing and transporting Rubbish
  • Organise and clean Bin rooms
  • Cleaning exterior of theEstate

What are welooking for

  • Full UKDriving Licence / Able to drive
  • Must beflexible and able to work overtime at short notice
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Fitand able to carry out physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills and able tomultitask
