Maths Lecturer:

Protocol are working alongside a Further Education College based in Cambridge, in their search for an experienced Maths Lecturer to join their Construction Department.

The main duties include, however are not limited to:

  • Deliver high quality teaching and learning, both face-to-face and online, to a timetable that may
    include evening and non- term times
  • Undertake tutorial responsibilities.
  • Assist in the recruitment and admission of new students.
  • Team administration, liaison and development
  • Professional development and industrial links
  • Employer and community responsiveness - including independently travelling to teach and either campus or venue

What you'll need: 

  • A relevant degree 
  • Maths A Level or Equivalent (C or above)
  • Teaching Qualification, or willing to work towards one
  • A level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is desirable 
  • Experience with teaching Maths at Functional Skills or GCSE students
  • Prepared to work days, 2 evenings and/or weekends.
  • Required to hold an enhanced DBS disclosure check (deemed acceptable by the College)
