Cardiac Rehab Specialist Nurse

Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated nurse with experience in cardiac rehabilitation to join our friendly and supportive cardiac rehab team to help deliver outstanding care to our patients.

Experience of conducting one to one clinical consultations and prescribing and delivering exercise classes to our wide clinical population. Professional UK registration with NMC

BACPR part 1 & 2 physical activity and exercise

Experience & Knowledge

Evidence of significant post registration clinical work experience in the cardiac patient

Essential criteria

Demonstrates patient centred approach in communication with patients and carers

Previous experience of NACR data input and validation
