We are looking for a compassionate and committed Female Support Worker in Warwick, passionate about delivering a high standard of one-on-one care for our client.

Due to the nature of this role, we will only be accepting female carers.

Meet our client:

Our client is a lovely woman in her 40s and lives with her parent, so we want to make sure you can build a good relationship with the family. She is a people person and likes to go to the day centre each week to do activities.

She has Rett Syndrome, Epilepsy and has complex learning disabilities, requiring support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

Finding someone who can adapt their communication is vital. Our client has different ways she communicates and it’s important that the carer works to this.

What we require:

Minimum 6 months experience in care
Experience/Knowledge with complex care needs, epilepsy and learning disabilities
Experience with Moving and Handling

Would be desirable to have experience with Rett syndrome and Epilepsy Management

The shift patterns are Monday to Friday, 6:45am to 8:15am and 3:15pm to 9pm. Saturday and Sunday are 7am to 9pm.
