As aCare Assistant at our home your role mayinvolve:

  • Undertaking anynecessary training
  • Supporting our residents withpersonal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with dailyactivities
  • Providing emotional support andcompanionship
  • Supporting our residents to livean enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbiespreferences and abilities
  • Maintaining high standards withinthe care home environment
  • Working flexibly as part of ateam to ensure our residents' needs aremet

*Overtimeis paid for working over full time hours. However overtimeenhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and canbe withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
