About the Role 

Co-ordination of Primary third-party suppliers including haulage providers including booking haulage and building relationships with third-party providers to maintain and improve service levels. Co-ordination of keg transport movements associated with Wellpark production into TCB logistics network including empty keg returns from customers and depots. Co-ordination of finished goods transport movements associated with Wellpark production into TCB logistics network. Co-ordination of transport for Wellpark produced stock movements into TNI and Clonmel Co-ordination of transport for TCB interdepot stock movements. Co-ordination of inbound movements from external supplier into TCB network Co-ordination of Primary transport for customer deliveries across our GB beer and cider volume. Maximise primary vehicle load fill and achieve OTIF% in line with targets Support with and cover co-ordination of deliveries to primary customer base including return lanes in most cost-effective manner possible as required, including identifying cost saving opportunities. Preparation of the reporting requirements relating to above operations on a weekly/monthly basis. Work closely with other departments across the supply chain to ensure all Primary movements are planned in line with objectives (Health & Safety, Quality, Service, Sustainability & Cost).

About you 

Logistics / Supply Chain experience with a successful track record in a similar role. Experience working in a fast paced and complex distribution environment Certificate of Professional Competency desirable Experience in a FMCG environment preferable Strong organization skills with an exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload effectively Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels Highly results focused with proven track record for delivering success Ability to work to tight and challenging deadlines
