Our client basedin Tunbridge Wells is currently looking for an experiencedMaintenance Surveyor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Ifyou are a proactive Maintenance Surveyor who takes pride in yourwork, then this is the role for you.

This is a12-month fixed-term contract, paying a salary of45,062pa.

Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Carrying out general surveying dutiesincluding inspections of occupied and void properties
-Time to time working in difficult environments to take actionagainst defects
- Liaising with residents and contractorsto resolve issues
- Provide an effective response tocomplaints from stakeholders- Deliver an effective customer-focusedtechnical service- Be available out of hours on a rota basis todeal with enquiries

Candidateprofile:
- Previous experience in housing and technicalenvironment
- Valid driving license
-Recognised qualification in construction and Health &Safety
- Proficient IT skills
