About the Job:Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor/Fitness Advisor/Gym Instructor

Qualification: Minimum Fitness instructor level 2.Personality: Can work equally well as part of a team as you can independently.Salary: Paid per hour with Performance Bonuses.Hours: Hours are very flexible but candidate must be able to work to a rotating shift schedule which includes weekend hours (not every weekend). This is a part-time position which can lead to a full time position.

Hours are relatively flexible to suit the individual. 20-36 hours a week plus overtime to cover colleague's holidays.

Must live within 10 miles of B33 0AP. 
Reliability and commitment are essential.

Duties: An interesting and varied position:
  • Assist Members in achieving their Fitness Objectives.
  • Guide Members through bespoke, written exercise programs.
  • Take care of Reception: Answer the phone, handle payments, open & close the facility.
  • Meet and greet members.
  • Keep the facility clean and safe by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
  • Assist members with the sign up process.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a PAYE job, paid by the hour, there is no rent payable.  All PT is done in house and is free to members.

The ideal candidate is a friendly, warm, welcoming individual who enjoys a chat and helping members achieve their goals. Proactive in ensuring the facility remains safe, clean and tidy.
