As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of renewable energy products directly to consumers through face-to-face interactions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth by building lasting relationships with customers and driving sales in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers face-to-face to promote and sell renewable energy solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the benefits of renewable energy options to potential customers.
  • Actively pursue new leads and follow up on existing opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications required; further education such as A-Levels or a college diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a face-to-face sales or retail environment; experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
