Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Forensics Laboratory as our OSINT Support Consultant, working with CACI’s award-winning DarkBlue Intelligence Platform a leading unclassified SaaS open-source intelligence (OSINT) tool, offering a safe environment for exploring and analysing the Open, Deep, and Dark Web. In this role, you will act as the primary resource for existing customers and make certain they are getting the greatest value from our OSINT platform. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction leading to annual renewals and growth for our data and technology. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a strong interest in cyber-security and be inquisitive by nature. This position would suit a recent graduate with an interest in Cyber Security, Open-Source and / or the Dark Web.

Serve as the main point of contact for current clients. Collect feedback from current users to improve the platform. Enable successful customer onboarding of the platform and API connections, including sharing and developing relevant content, brainstorming ideas, and fostering adoption. Respond and track customer service questions and facilitating responses. Communicate regularly with customers and formally track adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement. Provide platform initial user training and tradecraft tactics, techniques, and procedures. Familiarity with open-source intelligence / research (OSINT) Create vignettes for use case development and capabilities overview of the product. Understand mission needs and drive retention and growth. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and analytic teams to support renewals and expansion opportunities. Update and maintain CRM. Aid in bid writing.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail. Degree in Cyber Security or relevant work experience. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate at all levels within the organisation. Strong oral and written communication skills.
