We're on the hunt for a motivated and proactive Marketing Manager to join our Partner Marketing team to make a big impact on one of our key strategic priorities - to supercharge our Partner model. We're looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

You've excelled in customer experience-focused marketing roles, mastering your craft in ever-evolving environments. You’ve expertly developed, implemented, and managed successful customer experience journeys. Known for thinking ‘outside the box,’ you’re always the first to find innovative ways to maximise customer lifetime value. You manage cross-functional projects, navigate stakeholder relationships, and set clear expectations.  You thrive both independently and in team settings, using project management tools such as Asana or Trello to keep everything organised. You are results driven, adept at analysing data to uncover hidden insights to drive action. You have an audience-first approach, with an eye to the needs of the business, proactive with the ability to be reactive (responsive and agile), bigger picture and attention to detail, looks ahead and also operates in the present; solutions-oriented You’re a strong and persuasive presenter, and are used to building support amongst a wide range of personality types You’re empathetic and build partnerships internally and externally based on trust and performance You’re organised, dynamic and solutions oriented You can deliver a coherent brand story and experience through multiple touchpoints You champion professionalism and rigour, delivering broad programmes of work with excellence and have a very strong eye for detail

This role sits within our Partner Marketing team. We are a team of passionate and motivated marketeers who devise impactful and creative marketing campaigns to our Partner network.

At UW, our success is intertwined with the 65,000+ Partners across the country who recommend our services to their networks. You'll report to the Senior Marketing Lead, Partner Lifecycle & Engagement and be part of a team of 10. 

You'll also work collaboratively with other departments including Customer Marketing, Product Teams, Creative and Partner Engagement to produce integrated plans and help deliver activities that align to agreed key objectives.

As a Marketing Manager in the Partner team, you will focus on creating and implementing Partner Engagement project plans to drive the growth of our Partner network. Your role will directly impact our strategic priority to supercharge our Partner model. Here's some of the key responsibilities:

Build a deep understanding of the Partner network and what makes our partners tick;  Own partner insights and analysis, working with the data team to translate research and data into insight to and identify opportunities to introduce new touchpoints to support Partners to be successful; Understand and drive forward how we use a variety of innovative levers with a robust test and learn approach to improve Partner activity rates and ultimately drive customer growth; Drive forward opportunities to increase the reach of our targeted activity on paid platforms ; Identify opportunities for new programmes/mechanics which will improve the health of our partner database, and establish how we roll these out across all partner touch points; Building strong relationships across the business to orchestrate the delivery of the ultimate partner experience across all channels; Working with our in-house Creative & Design & Marketing Operations teams to ensure all assets created champion our UW tone of voice and brand and inspire and motivate our Partners; Ensure campaign performance is analysed and understood and provide actionable insights to the business and lead on for ongoing optimisation.
