What you will do  

As a Survey Programme Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for Key & Global account Fire & Security projects that require surveying before design and pricing. Operating from our Quinton office near Birmingham, you will provide crucial support to field surveyors and team managers, managing survey requests from inception to completion. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure exceptional service delivery and support, contributing to the overall success of our survey programme.

How you will do it  

Manage enquiries and requests for site surveys using our CRM platform (Salesforce) – training will be provided

Utilize existing site plans, photos, and 3D building surveys to facilitate desktop surveys, minimizing unnecessary field visits.

Provide clear scope to design engineers based on site specifics captured from library data, ensuring accurate and efficient design and pricing processes.

Schedule survey visits for field surveyors, optimizing travel routes and maximizing efficiency.

Required  

Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Demonstrated ambition and eagerness to learn.

Experience in the fire & security industry.

Excellent telephone manner for effective communication.

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in spoken and written English.

IT literacy.

Preferred

Knowledge and experience in the fire & security industry.
