The Role

As a Telephone Interviewer you will be responsible for reviewing, actioning and telephone interviewing candidates for all our roles across the UK businesses. Key responsibilities include:

Establishing what applicants are suitable and unsuitable for the roles they have applied for Rejecting unsuitable applicants at application and phone screening stage Conducting telephone interviews Reviewing internal roles and making Recruiters aware of applications Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews on our service Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required Taking part in meetings with Recruiters to update on the progress of roles

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a customer service or phone based role would be advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills Self motivated Comfortable working towards targets Team player Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment Excellent organisational skills
