None of this would be possible without striving to be an employer of choice, where our colleagues are proud to represent our business.Role DescriptionKey responsibilities: Process audits – monitoring that processes are being followed as required Area inspections/auditsGMPHygieneBuilding fabricationPest monitoringCalibrationGlass Procedural audits – Will be required to support the broader site internal audit process by conducting audits – Predominantly within the Capri Sun area Managing the environmental/air monitoring requirements for the area Daily usage decision/release of completed production orders on SAP – digital equivalent of a daily paper work audit as this is confirmation that all inspection requirements have been completed. Blocked stock investigation, follow up and usage decision Leading/supporting RCA activity following non-conformance/complaint Support CI activities Managing retained samples CIP validation verification Management of CoA/CoC Managing sample requirements for external assessment Managing and maintaining calibration of all quality inspection equipment Providing training and support to operations team on operation of quality inspection equipment and activities Co-ordinating quality assessment/consistency panels Monitoring, trending and reporting on quality performance indicators – Including via visual communication updates i.e. performance boards Co-ordination of pest control activities Role RequirementsDesired Experience/qualifications Food science or microbiology related qualification Previous QA experience in drinks or food environment Knowledge of RCA techniques Working knowledge of BRC requirements and systems Knowledge of microbiology Internal auditor qualification HACCP qualification – Level 3 Food Safety Qualification – Level 3 Key Competencies: Analysis and problem solving Customer Focus Resilience Team work Strong Communication
