Graduate English Cover Supervisor

Location: Sheffield
Pay Scale: £95 - £120 per day
Contract Type: Full Time from September

The Role:

We are currently working in partnership with a well-resourced school in Sheffield that requires a Graduate English Cover Supervisor to join their team full-time from September. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who has a real passion for education and can support the learning and development of students in the absence of the regular class teacher.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Be a recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
  • Have relevant qualifications and experience in teaching or supervising English classes.
  • Be able to support students' learning and help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Have strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging students to achieve their best.
