Position Overview: They are seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
  
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents, such as share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements.
  
• Conducting due diligence investigations and preparing related reports for clients.
  
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance matters and compliance issues.
  
• Assisting with the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as advising on company law matters.
  
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law.
  
• Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.
  
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex corporate transactions from inception to completion.
  
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Sound knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
