Position Summary

The key objective of this role is to drive and manage the partner ecosystem, with a particular focus on client satisfaction, partner relationship management, and partner enablement. The Partner Manager will be working directly with partners and clients to ensure they get the best support from the inception to closing of their service projects. This is a high-visibility position. Our partners are essential to our company’s strategy and direction. You will be working directly with our partner executives, service leaders, and several other sales, operations, and product management executives. 

What you will do:

Cultivate close and mutually beneficial relationships with all Partners across the Partner ecosystemManage partner program metrics/MBO’s to achieve the results Intapp expects from the Partner programEnsure compliance of all partner certification programsDrive effective internal cross-functional programs that enable partner successEnsure partners are leveraging Intapp training and up-skilling programs on a timely basis to support new product launches and to continue to build deep skills on all Intapp productsWhere partners deploy competing products, build and execute programs to ensure those partners influence the right deals to IntappDevelop and execute proper plans and incentives for our partners to introduce our products and solutions into their clientsResearch, recruit, and add new partners in growth areas of the business (e.g., Accounting and Consulting)Ensure continuous client satisfaction with partner ecosystem deployment capabilitiesEnsure partners follow Intapp prescribed deployment approach and methodology

What you will need:

Substantial experience managing a partner ecosystem in an enterprise software company supporting strategic services and licenses sales growth and primary accountability for client services deliverySolid knowledge in building a partnership strategy, with an ability to partner across sales, product and internal stakeholderBachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experienceSolid experience and track record in strategic selling, delivering, and managing a portfolio of clients and projectsProven ability to advance conceptual ideas and engage multiple stakeholders, internal and clients, to decision pointsStrong internal networking skills with experience of removing internal barriers between teams to enable them to complete their objectivesSuperior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environmentComfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environmentResourceful, results-oriented, and highly energeticSelf-starter and proven team playerSkills in negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution

Preferred Experience & Skills

Demonstrated success in Professional Services delivery roles (functional, technical, or project management) delivering complex client projects within an enterprise software company
